02. Comprehensive Mold Inspection: $145 Value
We conduct a complete assessment of the property to identify any mold concerns and the conditions contributing to growth. This inspection includes a comprehensive written report outlining mold-related observations, detailed findings, photos, and recommended steps to ensure a successful remediation. If you choose to move forward with remediation, the inspection fee will be applied as a credit toward the remediation cost.
03. Estimate
We send an estimate along with detailed inspection findings, including photos, to help you understand the scope of work required.
04. Follow-up Communication
We discuss the estimate with you and ensure you understand the process and the importance of safety during remediation.
05. Schedule Remediation
Once you're ready, we schedule the remediation at a time that's convenient for you.
06. Perform Remediation
Our team of professionals carries out the remediation process, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
07. Invoice
Once remediation is complete, the invoice is sent with any necessary future steps to maintain a mold-free environment.
